Dr. Nayer is a board-certified hematopathologist who completed his residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, followed by dual fellowships in Hematopathology and Neuropathology at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He currently serves as System Vice Chair and Chair Emeritus at Inova Health System, where he has provided extensive leadership in clinical excellence and organizational strategy over the past 20 years.
