In this group we discuss the role of emotional and spiritual intelligence in our mental health, wellbeing and soul beings as individuals and the team and a public health interest.

This huddle explores data, researches and random guest speakers of the field to identify the importance of emotional and spiritual health and intelligence in coaching and leadership as part of a collective and holistic approach.

Last Friday of each month in person at Inova Schar Cancer Institute ( ICPH) at 4 pm EST. ( 60 min) This is a hybrid event both in person and zoom so we need to create a zoom link and also send a registration email to coach@myconscious.org both.

Time : 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST

These sessions will be in a meeting format for 60 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. (90 minutes)
